A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Lincoln County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's own terms and privacy policy govern its handling of a submitted query.
Messages and Submissions
If you send an email or submit a message, we may keep the information needed to respond and maintain the correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Requests for public records held by a government custodian are governed separately by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, section 13.03.
